Dwitiiya Vayumudra / Mudra of Wind God II

Method:

This Mudra can be performed while being seated, in a standing position, while walking or lying in bed.

Ideally, perform this Mudra in a seating position with your spine kept straight and upright.

Keep your palms in front of you, face up.

Touch the base of your Thumb with the tip of your Index finger and press slightly.

Now, press the bent Index finger by your Thumb. (Refer the Image)

And keep the other three fingers extended outwards.
